He is listed as a Specialist Consultant with State and Federal Government. In his early 20's, John won numerous awards in sales and marketing with Crowell Collier and Encyclopaedia Britannica. He then started his own business, specialising in demonstration lines for trade shows and in-store promotions. John began conducting television-supported retail campaigns in NSW and QLD in 1983. He moved into the direct marketing industry with K-Tel, before becoming a Founding Director of Demtel International, one of Australia's most successful small businesses, and winner of the Australian Advertising Industries "Marketer of the Year" award in 1995. Over the last 8 years, he has spent time developing management systems for privately owned companies. His passions are personal communication and helping people bring out the best in themselves. John has worked in the USA, England and New Zealand where he has appeared regularly on television as a sales presenter and motivator. John is a founding Director of Success Gym. As a consultant, he has set up distribution for numerous companies in many different industries, and trained hundreds of business people in how to run a successful business and get more out of their staff. CLAIRE HOLLOWAY, MDA, Consultant and Trainer Claire's interest in finding solutions to the global poverty caused by unequal development patterns inspired her to achieve a Master of Development Administration. As head business consultant at Success Gym, Claire has consulted to companies with 50+ employees and has delivered fantastic results including dramatic increases in staff productivity and communication. One of Claire's life goals is to contribute to training solutions that reverse Australia's growing suicide and depression statistics. FRANK LEVY, Creative Consultant, U.S. Partner Based in the USA, Frank is a 30-year veteran of teaching media, speech and dramatics, from primary school through to university level, as well as a state certified evaluator for talented theatre. He is a successful author and lecturer, and an award-winning Director. Frank's commitment to helping people discover their inner strengths has led to his touring with hundreds of schools, and facilitating a wide variety of unique programs for students (including interactive theatre projects, workshops, and performances). With his creative genius, Frank consults with a number of companies in the US on media and website development. He is highly sought after in these areas as he delivers a high level of creative flair along with technical brilliance. This expertise is augmented by his years as founding partner of a major US website design company.
